With 24 years of experience, I am passionate about Psychology and deeply committed to my clients. I take the time to truly listen, understand, and challenge individuals to reach their potential. My approach is direct, practical, and always client-focused.

Each module runs for two weeks and can be purchased separately. Individuals are not required to attend every module and can cancel at anytime.

Kickstart

Paradigm Shift Psychology is excited to present “Kickstart”, our new range of psycho-educational programs! Our psychologist will lead groups to explore a range of valuable topics specialising in mental health with a view to increased functioning including diet and nutrition, goal setting, learning to be assertive, and much more!

  • $100.00 per week

  • Groups are between a minimum of 4 to maximum 6 people.

  • Group Sessions
    Each module will take two group sessions for two hours

    Individual Sessions
    Each module will be completed in one 1:1 session
